  • Yes, we can ship our guitars internationally. Shipping cost varies depending on the destination and carriers. All shipping related questions will be discussed during the order confirmation process.

  • Yes. Taka Moro guitars can be made as left-handed guitars or right-handed guitars.

  • Yes, if you wish for me to select a guitar case for you.

  • A $2,500 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. Once the deposit is received, I will start the crafting of your guitar and it will be delivered within 12 months from the day the deposit is received.

  • The current lead time for a custom Taka Moro guitar is 12-18 months.

  • All our guitars come with a non-transferable limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Any instrument not purchased from an authorized dealer.

    • Any instrument that has been damaged due to an accident, negligence, or misuse.

    • Damages occurred during shipping

    • General wear and tear such as any discoloration, fading, finish checking, or damage to the original finish, worn frets & electronics, and discoloration of hardware.

    • Any subjective issues, such as the appearance of natural woods, overall “feel of the guitar,” and characteristics of the instrument.

  • Full payment is required before shipping. The client is responsible for the shipping cost.

  • If the guitar malfunctions due to faulty materials and workmanship, Taka Moro Guitars will repair the defect without charge or replace it with an instrument of similar specification.
